Welcome to Just Preweddings! Our booking policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for booking our photography services for prewedding shoots.
1. Booking Process
To book our services for your prewedding shoot, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us to check our availability for your desired date and location.
- Confirmation and Relationship Manager Assignment: Once availability is confirmed, we will assign a dedicated Relationship Manager who will work closely with you to plan the shoot, based on our established framework and process.
- Payment: To secure your booking, payment must be made according to the agreed terms within 24 hours of receiving the quotation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Our no refund policy is in effect once the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start time are not eligible for rescheduling and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling of bookings is possible within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
4. Late Arrival
Please arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of your prewedding shoot. Late arrival may result in a reduction of the total shoot time, as we may have other bookings scheduled after yours.
